This short is my love letter to Sam Beckett, Terry Gilliam, and Rajiv Joseph, the creators of my favorite absurdist media: 'Waiting for Godot,' 'Brazil,' and 'Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo.'
The story revolves around a long-married couple who try to ignore the world around them. It is a painful satire that hits (at least for me) very close to home.
As a kind of self-administered therapy, and because it fits the story, I've decided to film in the wreckage of my hometown.
